Walt was born and raised in Amarillo Texas. He currently maintains his digital and analog darkrooms in Eugene Oregon. He operates O'Brien Photo Imaging, a custom photo lab at the same location. There is a photo gallery at that location which often shows work by other photographers. He maintains an intimate gallery setting with excellent lighting.
